Writing and Training Testimonials

Great results, personable (very easy to work with), expert (was able to take minimal information and put it in a format that made perfect sense), good value (I would have paid anything for the quality of work but found her very reasonable considering what she did for me), on time (she only had 2 days to turn around my project and it was superb), integrity (very reliable) and creative (took my varied information, developed a theme and built my information around the theme).

I worked as an executive of the IBM corporation for many years. As a result, I had the opportunity to work with many qualified individuals. I would have Sally on my team any day. She is outstanding in all aspects of her work.
— Laura Yandow, IBM

Sally delivered an excellent article. The piece featured strong writing, was very business-minded and provided lots of great information.
— Susan Wagner, Editor, Country Business Magazine

Sally, your skills training was very well received and upper management liked it as well, so kudos to you! Thanks for doing a great job.
— Lucille O'Connor, Pharmaceutical Training Director, QD Healthcare

Working with Sally is a pleasure. Sally is a very talented writer and editor. She is able to write on any subject, bringing words to life and providing us the right words, the right way, right away.

Sally is extremely detail-oriented and dedicated to her work. Her knowledge of different industries and her excellent writing skills have proved very valuable. She has a willingness to work beyond expectations to achieve clarity, consistency, continuity, and readability. If there is a more effective and organized way to express your idea, Sally does it!

We never have to worry about meeting deadlines. We know we will, even on short notice. Sally is definitely the writer/editor we were looking for, and I strongly recommend her.

Project Management: The Value Driver You May Be Missing

The primary task of a project manager (or PM) is to add value. How that happens and what “add value” looks like will vary from one project to another, but the bottom line is that project management, done well, is an essential value driver for your organization.

How to Write Web Copy That Sells

If you have a website, you’re trying to sell something. Whether you’re promoting a product, a service, a point of view, or a perception, the text on your website can indeed make or break your sale. If you want web readers to invest themselves in your site and your message, you have to give them what they want in the way they want it. If you don’t… click, skip, they’re gone and may never come back.
